Recently, I canceled my State Farm policies to save some $, but the customer service at the new agencies left MUCH to be desired. I called Dave at 4:55p and was told that he had just left for the evening but no, my phone rang minutes later. Even thought Dave didn't know why I was calling (which was to reinstate my policies), he wanted to provide me with excellent customer service, which he did!
